About The Position

This Desktop Support Technician will provide hands-on Level 2 end-user support in a corporate office environment in Tulsa, OK. The role supports a wide range of users and technologies while working independently onsite, with virtual support from a broader IT team. Daily responsibilities include: - General desktop and deskside support - Hardware and software troubleshooting - Responding to and resolving tickets in a timely manner - Maintaining office technology and end-user devices - Front-facing customer service and user support - Supporting enterprise-level applications and systems - Microsoft Office backend support - Device and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune - Active Directory user support - Remote system management - Incident and request fulfillment
