About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Desktop Support Technician to support our Headquarters (HQ) location. This role will provide hands-on technical support to end users, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace technology experience. The schedule for this role is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and it is a fully in-person role at the HQ location in Indianapolis, IN. The targeted start date is July 7.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in desktop support, IT support, or help desk roles preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic networking issues
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting a high-touch onsite environment
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as equipment setup and workstation moves

Responsibilities

  • Provide walk-in technical support for employees at HQ
  • Troubleshoot and resolve conference room technology issues (audio/visual, connectivity, etc.)
  • Perform break/fix support for desktops, peripherals, and related hardware
  • Assist with physical workstation setups, moves, and reconfigurations
  • Deliver at-desk support to users for hardware and software issues
  • Help deploy and stage equipment
