SAS has an opening for a Desktop Support Technician. The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for maintaining all IT-related equipment. The primary duties include taking helpdesk phone calls and tickets from end users and updating software and hardware for all IT equipment. Additional duties include replacing, testing, and building PC hardware for SAS end users. You will need the ability to work collaboratively and independently with excellent technical knowledge of all operating systems. You will be working closely with multiple departments within SAS shoes.
