About The Position

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Specialist who can deliver dependable, high-quality technical support for end users. This role requires someone who is adaptable, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with peers and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in desktop or IT support roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and related tools.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

Nice To Haves

  • IT certifications or equivalent education.
  • Knowledge of AV systems and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with tools like Intune, SCCM, and Azure MFA.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve issues with computers, monitors, printers, and related hardware.
  • Coordinate with onsite technicians to ensure successful hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare, image, ship, and track laptops, desktops, and accessories.
  • Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle.
  • Manage incident and task tickets in ServiceNow, meeting defined SLAs.
  • Provide exceptional support to users both in person and remotely.
  • Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles for the team.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Offer training and assistance to users when needed.
