The Desktop Support Intern will support our global desktop support function by assisting with hardware lifecycle management, imaging and deployment, user onboarding workflows, and ticket resolution analytics. This role works under the guidance of the IT Infrastructure team to improve overall end-user experience.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365 suite.
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service aptitude and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a streamlined devicerefreshprocess to improve hardware deployment efficiency.
  • Assist with hardware lifecycle management, including imaging, deployment, and decommissioning.
  • Support user onboarding workflows and provide technicalassistancefor new hires.
  • Analyze ticket resolution data toidentifycommon issues and suggest process improvements.
  • Create documentation or automation tools that improve efficiency and end-user experience.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for Windows and O365 environments.
