About The Position
This role as a DTP (Desktop Publishing) specialist involves coordinating with a global team to ensure the timely and accurate production of bilingual equity research materials in both Japanese and English.
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel, including macro and style functions in Word, as well as complex formulas and graph components in Excel.
- Strong proficiency in both Japanese and English, with experience in editing and publication, and familiarity with business, finance, and accounting terminology and concepts.
Responsibilities
- Adapting all publications to meet relevant regulations, maintaining compliance with industry standards.
- Upholding internal requirements for quality and style, ensuring that all published material aligns with the firm's standards.
- Leveraging DTP software and digital platforms efficiently to facilitate the publication and distribution of research products.
