About The Position

Trissential is hiring a Desktop/Helpdesk Specialist to join our client’s onsite IT support team in Denver, Colorado. This is a highly visible, fast-paced, and physical role where you’ll be the go-to person keeping devices, systems, and end users productive. If you enjoy deskside support, working with hardware, and being active throughout your day, this role was built for you.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in helpdesk, deskside, or field support roles (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills in an internal-facing environment
  • Hands-on experience imaging, configuring, and deploying end-user devices
  • Solid time management skills in a structured, schedule-driven role
  • Ability to perform physical, onsite work throughout the day
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune
  • Prior ServiceNow ticketing experience
  • iOS device support experience (preferred due to upcoming field device transitions)
  • Experience supporting multiple locations or field-based users
  • Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft) are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide onsite deskside IT support including device imaging, configuration, deployment, and refreshes
  • Respond to incident and request tickets routed through ServiceNow
  • Prepare and stage laptops, desktops, and field devices proactively throughout the day
  • Support walk-up requests at onsite service centers
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with inventory management, asset tracking, and device counts
  • Travel locally to support multiple client locations as needed
  • Maintain a schedule-driven workflow aligned to appointments and operational needs
