COTA's Desktop Engineer will support the COTA service desk and desktop support team with an emphasis on Intune administration and mobile device management (MDM). This position is responsible for managing endpoint devices, ensuring they are up to date with the latest patches, and providing advanced troubleshooting support as an escalation point for the service desk. Performs duties that advance COTA's Strategic Plan and reflect the organization's core values of safety, empowerment, accountability, teamwork, and service, and support the mission of Moving Every Life Forward.
