About The Position
Stefanini Group is hiring a Deskside Technician. This role involves contacting users via email and MS Teams, performing data migrations, pushing software, and changing out desktops, laptops, or workstations in a plant environment. Requirements
- A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting
- Perform data migrations using various tools
- PC Deployment or re-imaging the laptop & desktops
- The ability to multi-task, punctual and flexibility with the work hours
- Comfortable to work onsite in a plant environment
