Stefanini is a full-service global provider of offshore, onshore, and nearshore IT services, including application development and outsourcing, IT infrastructure outsourcing (help desk support and desktop services), systems integration, consulting, and strategic staffing to Fortune 1000 enterprises worldwide. This role involves supporting IT equipment in a large corporate environment, providing desktop/laptop tech support for both Mac and PC, and supporting Windows 10/11 operating systems. The technician will also support mobile devices, printers, scanners, wireless, VPN, and perform IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) support. Responsibilities include maintaining repairs, spare parts, and components, researching and troubleshooting problems, maintaining system configurations and documentation, and tracking/resolving customer incidents and requests through the client's ticketing tool. Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues for Windows devices, including backup, restoration, and migration of user data, is also a key part of the role. The technician will provide Smart Hands support for networking, server, and telecommunications technologies, handle printer and peripheral device support, and manage IT asset inventory, including asset auditing. The ability to research and follow appropriate KB articles and perform various other tasks associated with desk-side services is expected. Support may be required at other client locations as needed. The work schedule is a 1st Shift, 4-day, 10-hour shift (Friday - Monday, 9 AM - 7:30 PM).
