Trissential is hiring a Deskside Support Technician to join our client’s internal IT support team in Denver, Colorado. This is a highly visible, impact-driven role where you’ll be the go-to expert keeping employees productive through reliable, responsive technology support. Requirements

  • 5–7 years of hands-on helpdesk or deskside IT support experience (flexible for strong candidates)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proven experience imaging, configuring, and deploying end-user devices
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and scheduled tasks in a time-sensitive environment
  • Comfortable working in a physical, schedule-driven, onsite role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Reliable transportation required (fleet vehicle may be available)
  • Local travel between sites

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow
  • iOS device support experience
  • Prior field support background
  • Experience supporting environments outside of utilities or heavy industry
  • Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar) are a plus but not required

Responsibilities

  • Image, configure, deploy, and refresh corporate laptops, desktops, and field devices
  • Respond to ServiceNow incident and request tickets within SLA expectations
  • Provide walk-up deskside support at service centers
  • Prepare and stage devices proactively throughout the workday
  • Perform onsite troubleshooting for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with inventory management, audits, and device counts
  • Travel locally to support additional facilities and service centers as needed
  • Collaborate closely with deskside and field service teammates
