Requirements

  • Perform on-site deskside technical support for end-user hardware, peripherals, and devices.
  • Handle and resolve tickets escalated from the L1 Service Desk, adhering to defined SLA response times and handoff protocols.
  • Provide application support including troubleshooting, configuration, and end-user assistance for approved software.
  • Perform uninstallation and reinstallation of approved software applications in accordance with Client's change control procedures.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, imaging, configuration, and collection.
  • Coordinate with Service Desk agents and third-party vendors to ensure seamless end-to-end resolution.
  • Provide first-line support for meeting-room, conference-room, printer, display, multimedia, and related office technology, with escalation to appropriate client or vendor owner as required.
  • Support workspace and employee technology readiness for new hires, transitions, and workspace changes, including approved device setup, handoffs, swaps, pickups, and onsite coordination.
  • Perform approved physical device-lifecycle and onsite inventory activities, including returned-device intake, asset validation, ready-to-use inventory and break/fix spare maintenance, replacements, shipping/receiving coordination, and routing for reissue, repair, preservation, or disposition as applicable.
  • Maintain required device status, location, custody, handoff, and disposition records in Client-designated asset systems in accordance with approved lifecycle requirements.
  • Provide operational coordination and agreed service reporting for onsite activity, including demand, inventory readiness, recurring issues, open escalations, and service-performance information.
