About The Position

The Desk Adjuster Level 3 will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle casualty claims by telephone, correspondence, and when required through mediation (virtual or in person) and correspondence. This role involves settling losses within delegated authority or reporting to clients, while also directing field adjusters, experts, and legal counsel on tasks.
