About The Position

We are seeking a talented Revit Modeler to support the development of architectural deliverables and specifications in close coordination with project teams. Experience with industrial projects—particularly semiconductor fabrication plants, manufacturing facilities, or data centers—is highly desirable. This role offers strong growth potential, supported by experienced mentors and training opportunities. This full-time role is designated as part-time telework under Bechtel’s global telework policy and requires at least three days per week in person at the assigned office or project location. The weekly in-person schedule will be set by the employee and supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership.

Requirements

Knowledge of data centers and support buildings, industrial buildings, and/or semiconductor facilities, with general familiarity across engineering disciplines.
Knowledge of building codes and permitting requirements.
Proficiency with Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks, and related design workflows.

Nice To Haves

Experience with design and construction activities is preferred.
Basic knowledge of construction methods and building components.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and coordinate architectural work.
Coordinate day-to-day technical work with personnel from other disciplines, as directed.
Develop conceptual designs for senior leadership approval on projects with specialized or unique architectural requirements.
Support the preparation of technical documents and specifications.
Help develop a Revit-based reference library of standard architectural details.
Coordinate with client representatives, as directed.
Review design documents, supplier drawings and data, material specifications, drawings, and change orders.
Evaluate and report on unconventional materials, techniques, and complex coordination requirements.
