About The Position

Soulsight is hiring a passionate Designer to join their talented and collaborative creative team. Soulsight is a strategic and highly creative brand design agency that values a culture where creatives grow and thrive together through courage, respect, and a shared passion for design. The ideal candidate is creatively brilliant, highly collaborative, self-motivated, eager to learn, and possesses advanced problem-solving and excellent communication skills. Designers are tasked with generating a wide range of well-executed and strategic designs that are rooted in a story. This role will work across a variety of exciting and challenging project types that include branding, packaging, brand innovation, and experiential design.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience; branding agency experience a plus.
• Strong design, communication and time management skills.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Comprehensive technical skills within the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Must include a portfolio to be considered.
