The Designer is a visual partner within Viral Marketing, responsible for turning concepts, campaigns, and business initiatives into compelling visual communication. Working across Creative, Production, Post-Production, Growth/Analytics, Partnerships, Product, and Brand, you will develop visual systems and executions designed to compete for attention across the MrBeast ecosystem.
The work spans campaign identities, social content, product launches, partnerships, experiential activations, presentations, and emerging formats. You will help determine how ideas should look and feel, not simply execute against predetermined layouts.
You will own design development and visual execution for assigned Viral Marketing initiatives, taking ideas from early exploration through finished assets.
You will work closely with Creative Directors and other creative partners during ideation, developing visual identities, design systems, presentations, and assets that make ideas clearer and more compelling. You will make day-to-day decisions across layout, typography, visual systems, and asset development while partnering with Creative Leadership on larger creative decisions.
Success means producing distinctive, high-quality work at speed, building visual systems that can scale across formats, and contributing a strong design point of view throughout the creative process.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience within entertainment, digital media, advertising, social, creator-led businesses, design studios, or similarly fast-moving creative environments.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong graphic design, typography, composition, visual systems, and conceptual thinking.
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools such as Figma.
• Demonstrated ability to develop complete visual systems rather than only individual assets.
• Strong understanding of design for social and digital platforms.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining high standards of craft and attention to detail.
• Strong visual judgment and the ability to explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Experience collaborating with Creative Directors, writers, producers, editors, and multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Ability to receive direct feedback, iterate quickly, and improve work.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing for YouTube, creators, entertainment, gaming, or social-first brands.
• Experience developing campaign identities, title treatments, logos, key art, or launch systems.
• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience with motion design, animation, editing, physical environments, experiential activations, merchandise, packaging, or live events.
• Experience using generative AI or emerging creative tools for visual exploration and production.
• Ability to illustrate, storyboard, composite, or otherwise visualize ideas before production.

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for Viral Marketing initiatives across campaigns, social content, product launches, partnerships, experiential activations, presentations, and emerging formats.
• Translate creative concepts into compelling visual identities, design systems, and executions.
• Develop campaign identities, logos, typography systems, graphics, layouts, key art, presentation materials, and supporting visual assets.
• Partner with Creative Directors and other creative contributors during early-stage ideation and concept development.
• Create visual explorations that help teams understand, evaluate, and communicate creative ideas before production.
• Develop presentations that communicate ideas clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and external partners.
• Adapt visual systems across YouTube, Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, digital, physical, experiential, and partner environments.
• Partner with Production and Post-Production to translate design systems effectively into finished executions.
• Work with external designers, illustrators, animators, agencies, and vendors when additional or specialized creative capabilities are needed.
• Maintain organized working files, design systems, templates, and final assets that support efficient collaboration.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality against aggressive timelines.
• Use emerging creative technologies, including AI-enabled design tools, when they improve exploration, speed, or execution without compromising craft.
