About The Position

Green Acres Nursery & Supply is seeking a Designer / Stylist for their Outdoor Living Furniture Sales department. This role involves inspiring customers to enhance their outdoor living spaces through a lifestyle-driven selling approach. The ideal candidate will be design-oriented, merchandise-savvy, and passionate about building customer relationships. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, guiding them in styling their outdoor spaces, closing sales, and maintaining department cleanliness and inventory.   • Must submit a brief visual inspiration snapshot (5-8 images) representing an ideal backyard setting (grilling, hosting, relaxing, or entertaining) using Canva, Pinterest, Google Slides, or a photo collage as part of the application.

  • Guide and inspire customers to purchase from Green Acres.
  • Respectfully address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Complete all tasks related to supporting Outdoor Living customers and the department, including maintaining cleanliness of product, inventory processing, and light assembly.
  • Grow the business by exemplifying the company mission.
