We’ve been remedying the real lives of our community members through experiential retail, and as we continue to modernize the brand are looking for an incredible intermediate Designer, Ecomm, Performance and CRM to help to bring that purpose to life through our ever-growing digital channels. The purpose this role is to help build, maintain and innovate the brand experience through digital mediums, with a specific lens to performance mediums that drive engagement and conversion. In partnership with your creative colleagues and the Digital Team, you will work to elevate the visual tone, appearance, functionality, and overall aesthetic of ecommerce, performance, and CRM channels, while ensuring the creative vision of the brand is consistent. You’ll be responsible for creating world-class visual concepts and designs for web, mobile, email, and paid media that effectively drives conversion, inspires our community, and elevates the brand. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role within performance channels, either in-agency or brand-side, ideally around 3-5 years of experience.
- Experience working in brand platforms – you are a creative digital designer who understands both brand and tech.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative capabilities and effectiveness within the Ecomm, CRM and performance channels.
- Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing · Proven capability designing to that north star within flexible design systems and digital applications.
- Fluent in innovation, trends, and high design when it comes to the application of brand through digital channels.
- Knowledge of Figma, Adobe CS Suite: PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Understanding of new digital trends and tech innovations to create and produce work more efficiently.
- Solution-oriented, positive, and curious - you don't hesitate to roll up your sleeves to get it done.
- While category experience isn't a necessity, ideally you've worked on a beauty, retail, cpg, health or wellness brand.

Responsibilities
- Manage, drive and input digital best practices and innovative digital solutions for Saje’s digital experiences.
- Create high quality assets including website components, customer emails and paid ads representative brand campaigns or evergreen programs.
- Ensure a consistent, unified brand experience across mediums and channels, eCommerce, paid, and email.
- Forge strong cross-functional relationships for a thorough understanding of asset requirements.
- Prepare internal presentations to pitch concepts and designs, solicit feedback, build stakeholder consensus, and secure Digital/Creative/Marketing approval.
- Accountable for deliverable presentation quality and accuracy, spell checks included.
- Push design boundaries – adding an element of play & innovation when working on mood boards and ideating with your colleagues.
- Elevating Saje’s aesthetic; typography, communication, and layout design
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications.
- Confidence in problem solving, speaking up, engaging as an active member of the Digital team and a deep understanding of how to drive performance through best practices and A-B testing.
- Collaborating with peers to share learnings and experience.
- Maintain a strong awareness of industry trends, creative leaders, and the competitive landscape.
