About The Position

Trane Technologies is seeking a Design-to-Order (DTO) Engineer for its team serving high-tech vertical growth markets, including AI and data centers. The role includes developing and interpreting designs and schematics, managing mechanical and electrical changes, supporting initial builds, preparing technical documents for shipment, and mentoring less experienced colleagues. The position is onsite Monday through Thursday, with flexibility to choose a work location on Fridays, and requires approximately 10% domestic travel.
