About The Position

This is a contract role for a Design to Build – Supply Chain & Manufacturing Functional Subject Matter Expert (F-SME) in Dublin, OH. The role involves leading and designing integrated supply chain processes, serving as a functional SME. The position is hybrid and has a duration of 12 months, with the potential for hire.

Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in PP, MM, EWM, QM, PM, Logistics, Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management, Manufacturing Execution, SAP Business Network.
• Manufacturing industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge.
• Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.

Nice To Haves

• S/4 Finance certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business process expert for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Maintenance, or Finance processes.
• Provide detailed knowledge of current business processes, requirements, pain points, and operational challenges.
• Participate in process design workshops and evaluate SAP Best Practices.
• Review and validate business requirements, functional designs, configuration decisions, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, Business Leaders, and Project Teams.
• Support data cleansing, testing, defect resolution, UAT, and business process validation.
• Assist with change management, business readiness, and training development.
