Requirements
- 2-year degree or certificate in Engineering, Architectural Design, or related field
- Experienced in drafting and modelling with Revit and comfort reading construction drawings
- Basic trigonometry skills and strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Creative problem-solving and strong communication
- Team-first mindset
Nice To Haves
- Framing or construction experience
- Dynamo scripting experience
- Arkance Be.Smart program experience
- Structural wood design experience
Responsibilities
- Create accurate material lists so every project has exactly what it needs
- Build detailed Revit models and shop drawings (walls, beams, slopes, layouts, etc.)
- Develop structural calculations for joists and trusses
- Ensure designs are clear, complete, and construction-ready
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, customers & internal teams
- Problem-solve and continuously improve designs for efficiency and accuracy
