About The Position
West Elm in Tampa is seeking a motivated and creative Retail Sales Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, has a strong eye for design, and thrives in a fast - paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers to design and recommend products that fit their need, space and style.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and design process.
- Create visually appealing design solutions and product layouts.
- Meet or exceed sales goals, for sales per hour, credit card generation and other metrics.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay upto date with design trends
- Assist with showroom presentation and merchandising.
- Must have flexible work availability to work days, evenings and holidays.
- Ability to travel to in homes to meet clients in their own space for measuring and design projects.
