About The Position

This internship is designed to help you explore career opportunities at RBS while gaining hands-on experience and developing valuable professional skills. You will gain exposure to showroom operations, customer service, and product knowledge, sample libraries, vendor relationships, and industry processes. You will learn about leading manufacturers of cabinetry, hardware, appliances, countertops, moldings, and millwork. Experienced mentors and professionals will support your growth. You will also learn about design and sales processes, including order entry and CRM documentation, and building relationships with homeowners, architects, builders, contractors, and trade professionals. Requirements

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• A customer-focused mindset and professional demeanor
• Someone who is proactive, dependable, and enjoys problem-solving
• Interest in design, construction, or building a long-term career with RBS

Nice To Haves

• 20/20 Design or CAD experience is a plus
