About The Position
Closets by Design is hiring design sales consultants who are creative, have good communication skills, and enjoy helping people organize their homes. This role offers the flexibility of working from home, with pre-set appointments conveniently located near your home. Comprehensive sales and design training are provided, making prior experience unnecessary. The position involves a mix of remote work and attending client appointments.
Requirements
- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
- Coachable candidates are sought.
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
- Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
- Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
- Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
- Educate customers on our products and services.
- Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
