About The Position

Floor Coverings International of North Denver is a veteran-owned, locally operated flooring company that transforms homes through inspired design and quality craftsmanship. Instead of asking customers to come to us, we bring a fully mobile showroom straight to their door — delivering a personal, convenient, and elevated shopping experience from the very first visit. This role involves meeting customers in their homes to discuss flooring options, understand their needs and budget, educate them on materials and design trends, present proposals, and close sales. The position also includes nurturing past customers for referrals and repeat business, and ensuring smooth handoffs to the installation team.

Requirements

2+ years of in-home, outside, or high-trust consultative sales experience preferred
A natural at building rapport and earning trust fast
Organized and self-directed
Tech-comfortable and quick to learn new tools
Hold a valid driver's license
Fearless attitude toward new challenges and the unknown
Positivity that doesn't waver, even on the tough days
A calm, confident, solutions-first mindset under pressure

Responsibilities

Meet customers in their homes to walk through flooring options and design possibilities
