About The Position

Innovative Home Services is hiring a closer to sell bathroom remodeling and interior remodeling projects directly in customers’ homes.
This is not a project manager role.
This is not order-taking.
We are looking for someone who can sit at the dining table, lead the conversation, and confidently help homeowners make decisions.
This is a commission-driven role for people who bet on themselves.
Draw against commissions up to $1,250/week
Commissions paid after jobs are completed and collected.
Once sold, projects are handed off to our production team.

Requirements

• Have real in-home sales experience
• Are comfortable talking about money and closing
• Know their numbers (close rate, average sale, etc.)
• Are organized and accountable
• Want high risk / high reward income
• Anyone with a DUI in the last 4 years (company vehicle required)

Responsibilities

• Run in-home sales appointments
• Help homeowners with design, safety, and budget decisions
• Build quotes and contracts (we train you on our system)
• Upload photos and scope details
• Work home shows and provide 1 self-generated lead per month
• Follow up after projects for reviews and referrals
