Convert inbound leads and build your own high‑quality pipeline. Conduct consultative meetings, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts on custom solutions. Manage hand‑off to Project Management. Deliver superb product knowledge and consultative solutions for custom wood, steel, and specialty windows. Use Monday.com, Slack, Dropbox, MS 365, and Expensify to track leads, manage workflows, and scale sales operations. Represent the brand with sophistication in client meetings, trade events, and industry engagements. Drive revenue against a strategic target of $2.5M+ in first‑year contract sales. Expand average project size into the $75K–$100K range to maximize individual commission growth.
