Requirements
- 2–5 years of relevant engineering experience (preferred range discussed was 2–3+ years)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent)
- Design Release Engineer, Product Engineer, or Component Engineer experience (not primarily CAD/design-focused roles)
- Experience with fuel systems, preferably: Fuel tanks, Fuel delivery modules (FDMs)/fuel pumps, Urea/DEF tank systems
- Understanding of APQP processes
- Experience supporting product validation activities (DVP&R exposure preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with suppliers, manufacturing, validation labs, program teams, and quality organizations
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required
