Design release Engineer- Overhead & Lighting
About The Position
This is a project and design engineering role within the Interior Lighting team. The position supports the Lead Engineer and works with manager directives on priority development of engineering needs. Key ongoing challenges involve Design Release Management, including ongoing CAD/ENOVIA Management of Releases, Deviation processes, and general Enovia/EBOM workflows for production parts. The role also involves leading the handling of eBOM and release processes for build-alignment. Additional engineering responsibilities include working within the JAMA system to mature requirements definition, DFMEA development, and internal technical specifications. The candidate will function as the lead in managing requirements, with routine meetings and guidance from the overall Interior Lighting team.
Requirements
- At least 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Design Release Management
- Experience with CAD/ENOVIA Management of Releases
- Experience with Deviation processes
- Experience with Enovia/EBOM workflows for production parts
- Experience with eBOM and release processes for build-alignment
- Experience with JAMA system
- Experience with requirements definition
- Experience with DFMEA development
- Experience with internal technical specifications
