Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in automotive component development, preferably in battery systems or electromechanical components
- Strong knowledge of battery management systems and electromechanical technologies
- Solid understanding of automotive E/E architecture, EMC, FMEA, and packaging constraints
- Experience with validation processes and supplier management
- Familiarity with quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim management
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and technical documentation
- In-depth understanding of the assigned component family, including both mechanical and electronic/regulator aspects (e.g., 12V batteries, alternators, 12V BSG)
- Strong automotive technical background, including: Environmental requirements, Mechanical requirements, Vehicle electrical/electronic architecture, EMC fundamentals, Engineering best practices, Design FMEA, Technical drawing review and validation
- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a global development team
- Strong presentation skills, including the ability to present to senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively
