This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Product Development, Manufacturing, Creative, Operations, and Sales teams to drive projects from concept through launch. We’re looking for an experienced collaborator who can build alignment across diverse stakeholders and keep projects moving forward with clarity and momentum.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years experience in project and program management, ideally with a focus on physical product development
  • Experience with or interest in various project management methodologies
  • An alignment to Heath’s values of sustainability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and preservation of craft
  • Exceptional attention to detail, and the capacity to develop an understanding of when to pursue perfection and when good is good enough
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at different sizes and durations simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for process, innovation, and design
  • Experience with Asana and Google Suite or similar tools is a must

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Figma preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage the physical product design and development processes for concurrent projects, including managing overall timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks during testing, and leading weekly team check ins
  • Partner closely with our marketing and web teams to bring our products, partnerships, and stories to life for our customers, ensuring clarity across teams for a successful and compelling launch
  • Lead special projects in close collaboration with Manufacturing & Warehouse, Operations, Sales, and other Creative teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution
  • Continuously optimize end-to-end team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, scalability, and agility across all areas of operations in partnership with the Creative Ops team
  • Support a collaborative studio environment by coordinating team off-sites, facilitating team rituals, and contributing to a positive and inclusive team experience
  • Champion a high standard of design excellence by integrating design thinking across projects and encouraging cross-functional appreciation for quality
