About The Position

Fulfillment IQ is hiring a Design Lead/Architect to serve as a functional design authority for Manhattan Active Order Management (MAO) on a global platform within a large, multi-customer program. The role translates complex operational and customer requirements into scalable solutions while protecting and advancing a shared global template. It leads Fit-to-Template and GAP analyses, evaluates whether needs should be addressed through standard functionality, configuration, process changes, integration, or extensions, and challenges unnecessary customization. The position works with configurators, extension engineers, QA teams, clients, and business stakeholders from design through testing, deployment, go-live, and stabilization. It is remote and open to US-based candidates residing in Georgia (Atlanta preferred), Texas, Florida, or Tennessee. Work follows US Eastern or Central business hours, with travel of up to 40%, including international travel to Latin America. The role reports to the SVP, Enterprise Systems. The engagement is a renewable 12-month contract with full-time hours; full-time employment with Fulfillment IQ Inc. is also available. Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company serving brands, retailers, and 3PLs. Its work spans warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms.
