About The Position

Accrete is a dual-use AI software company that licenses its Knowledge Engine Platform and Expert AI Agents to government and enterprise clients. The platform creates a unified semantic representation of an organization’s ground truth—capturing tacit domain knowledge, understanding contextual relevance, and connecting information silos—enabling expert agents to reason across complex data and support high-stakes decisions with confidence. From national security to commercial use cases, Accrete delivers mission-critical decision intelligence and automation on a single platform.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, Product Design, or a related field
Strong interest in UX/UI design and building intuitive product experiences
Comfortable working in tools such as Figma or similar design platforms
Interested in bridging design and implementation using AI-powered prototyping or code generation tools
Curious about how AI can accelerate product development workflows
Strong visual communication and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, React, or frontend development concepts
Enjoy rapidly iterating on ideas and prototypes
Think deeply about usability and product experience
Are excited by the future of AI-native product design
Can move fluidly between design thinking and lightweight implementation
Want hands-on experience building products in a fast-paced startup environment

Responsibilities

Design user experiences and interfaces for AI-powered products and internal tools
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes
Translate concepts from design into functional prototypes using modern AI-assisted design and coding tools
Collaborate with engineers and product managers to iterate quickly on product ideas
Help improve design systems and interaction patterns across the platform
Conduct lightweight user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations
Experiment with emerging AI tools that accelerate product design and frontend implementation
