About The Position

XP Health is seeking a Design Intern to join their team and contribute to creating engaging, user-centered experiences across their products and brand. This role offers a valuable opportunity for individuals early in their design careers to gain hands-on experience at a fast-growing startup, tackle real business challenges, and receive mentorship from experienced professionals. The intern will support the design team on product, marketing, and brand initiatives, assisting in the creation of user flows, wireframes, mockups, and visual designs. They will also contribute to enhancing digital experiences for members, clients, and partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and growth. Participation in brainstorming sessions, feedback reviews, and design critiques is expected, along with learning and applying best practices in user experience and visual design, and helping maintain consistency across brand and design systems.

Requirements

A student or recent graduate in design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Interest in product design, UX/UI, visual design, or branding
A portfolio that shows creativity, strong fundamentals, and attention to detail
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate
Curious, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Support the design team on product, marketing, and brand initiatives
Help create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and polished visual designs
