About The Position

HDR is seeking a Design Intern to join our Architecture practice. This role offers real-world experience on exciting projects, connecting interns with recent college graduates and company leaders through mentoring and young professionals programs. The intern will perform assignments under the direct supervision of an Architect, Project Manager, or other professionals, participating in the architectural design process. Responsibilities include developing alternative solutions and presentation graphics, following through on design development drawings and models, and collaborating with production staff for technical details and completion of construction drawings. Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
• Attention to detail
• Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Nice To Haves

• 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry

Responsibilities
