About The Position

Intellibright is looking for a Design Intern / Junior Designer who’s eager to get real agency experience and learn how creative work supports strategy, performance, and measurable growth. This is a detail-oriented, execution-focused role with a strong emphasis on editorial layout and presentation design. You’ll help turn complex ideas—marketing strategy, positioning, and performance data—into clear, structured, brand-aligned visual materials used across internal leadership and client-facing work. You will work directly with our Senior Designer and collaborate with marketing, strategy, and leadership teams in a fast-paced, high-output environment. Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent portfolio experience)
A portfolio demonstrating: Editorial layout skills Typography and visual hierarchy Clean, brand-consistent design systems
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Figma
Google Workspace (especially Google Slides)

Nice To Haves

Motion/animation skills (After Effects or similar)
Basic understanding of web design principles

Responsibilities

Design and refine slide decks for: Sales presentations Client strategy proposals Internal leadership materials
Transform dense content and data into clear, visually structured layouts
Strengthen hierarchy, typography, and clarity across presentation materials
Help build and maintain scalable presentation templates
Source high-quality, on-brand imagery for website builds and refreshes
Edit and optimize images for web use (cropping, color correction, formatting)
Support website design updates within Figma
Maintain organized, scalable asset libraries
Support the Senior Designer on internal and client branding initiatives
Assist in producing one-sheeters, marketing collateral, and social graphics
Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
Keep design files, templates, and systems structured and easy to reuse
