About The Position
High-performance SRAM compiler-related circuit design. Timing/Power/Area analysis and improvement. Read/Write margin and Noise analysis and improvement. Power/Signal IR/EM analysis. Supervise layout, compiler coding, and interpretation of testing results .
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
- Digital circuit analysis, layout design and verification
- Digital system and architecture
- VLSI design flow and EDA tools
- Scripting and programming with C/C++ and Python
