About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic Design Engineer to join our team in Hollister, CA. In collaboration with PacSci leadership and our site engineering teams, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting programs and processes to drive business excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Solidworks, Data Analysis tools and other relevant business/engineering software.
• Excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work as a Design Engineer, completing sustainment engineering milestones such as failure analysis and simulations
• Actively participate in Group Design Reviews.
• Work within our Configuration Management System to manage program documentation
• Participate in project management
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Perform data reporting and analysis, encompassing qualitative and quantitative aspects, across various projects.
