Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field
- Strong CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, or similar)
- Familiarity with GD&T, materials selection, and DFM/DFA principles
- Experience ranging from recent graduates to engineers with 10+ years leading design programs
Nice To Haves
- Master's a plus for senior-level roles
Responsibilities
- Concept development, 3D modeling, and detailed design of components/assemblies
- Design analysis, tolerance stack-up, and GD&T application
- Prototyping and design iteration based on test/validation feedback
- Design reviews and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing and quality teams
- Design documentation and release management (PLM/BOM)
