Requirements

  • Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or building systems industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the layout, design, and coordination of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables.
  • Supports ongoing engineering documentation, design development, and quality control efforts.
  • Works collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to deliver coordinated mechanical designs and construction documents aligned with company standards.
  • Produce fully coordinated, accurate HVAC and plumbing system designs that meet project requirements, codes, and quality standards.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring schedules, budgets, and performance goals are consistently achieved.
  • Coordinate project workflows, delegate tasks effectively, and guide team members to deliver on time and with precision.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams to ensure design intent aligns seamlessly with construction execution.
  • Create and maintain detailed calculations, reports, and design drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam Revu.
  • Mentor and train team members to strengthen technical expertise, uphold company standards, and support professional growth.
  • Drive process improvements and introduce new technologies that enhance design efficiency and project delivery.
