Design Engineer - Intern

About The Position
The intern will act as a provider of additional bandwidth for Design Engineers by taking on challenges such as assisting with Engineering Change Requests and legacy drawing conversions. This role offers learning objectives including gaining experience in design engineering for a world-class Valve manufacturer, understanding the criticality of the design function in the manufacturing environment, and learning how to implement studied practices.
Requirements
- Currently completing the second year of a full-time (or equivalent) BEng or MEng, IMechE accredited Mechanical Engineering (or Mechanical Engineering bias) degree.
- Familiarity with 3D design tools (such as Solid Works).
- Fluent in Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- U.S. Citizen
