About The Position

Design the grid and your future! As a Design Engineer I at ENTRUST Solutions Group, you’ll work on real electric utility projects, learn from experienced mentors, and grow your career in a supportive team environment. You’ll help design overhead and underground power distribution projects that support grid improvements and utility upgrades.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university
0–1 years of relevant work experience in consulting or a related field
Strong work ethic with a desire to work in a production environment
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, including up to 20% local fielding responsibilities to support project and client needs

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) or GIS design is a plus

Responsibilities

Scope, design and develop electrical service systems for new customers.
Customer interaction, scoping and cost estimation.
Providing a design package that meets customer needs.
Meet with the customer and construction crews on site to review the scope of our design and discuss project execution.
