About The Position
ENTRUST Solutions Group is seeking Design Engineers I, welcoming recent Mechanical and Civil Engineering graduates to kickstart their careers. This role is crucial for critical utility projects, offering invaluable insights and hands-on experience in engineering, designing, upgrading, and maintaining system assets for gas and electric utilities. The position involves leveraging technical expertise to ensure designs meet project specifications, communicating challenges related to scope, schedule, and quality, and collaborating with Designers and Drafters to complete design packages. Employees will be at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Copilot and bespoke AI workflow tools, supported by an IT team dedicated to continuous improvement and innovation. Employees can also engage with the Digital Transformation Team to support the integration of new tools and drive business success.
Requirements
- Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Civil, or any engineering major
- Located near a Baltimore or Forrest Hills, MD ENTRUST office and willing to work a combination of from home and in the office, as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license without restrictions for occasional fieldwork and site visits
