Requirements

• BS/BA in a related discipline with 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA with 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
• Certification is required in some areas.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in preparing and interpreting flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
• Use of Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
• Knowledge of insulated concrete panel shop drawings a plus
• Experience working in an engineering department a plus; Experience in concrete (Pre-cast and tilt-up processes).
• Experience managing a team to meet project deadlines
• Exposure to or experience in cross-functional work and outsourcing
• Working knowledge of Pre-cast and Tilt-up shop drawing creation

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and monitoring the daily progress of projects.
• Coordinating project schedules, resources, and information.
• Liaising with functional leaders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
• Organizing and providing detailed updates to managers and other stakeholders.
• Planning meetings and organizing project logistics.
