About The Position

These projects have construction values greater than $1 billion and aim to enhance mobility, safety, and reliability for communities. This position is remote, allowing for flexibility in work location while still supporting virtual collaboration. Requirements

High School Diploma (or equivalent)
5+ or more years of relevant experience preferred with civil drafting and design
Solid Working knowledge of Microstation InRoads and/or Open Roads is essential for this position
Projectwise and project delivery experience is desirable
Experience with above states DOT drafting standards is desirable, but not required
Working knowledge of other computer software used to complete design assignments

Responsibilities

Utilize Microstation to prepare contract drawings from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures.
Utilize technical manuals and directives to ensure compliance with codes and company policies.
Become familiar with various standards and codes such as AASHTO.
Compile data and perform dimensional and routine calculations required for the preparation of drawings.
Understand how to read and create orthographic (2D) and/or isometric (3D) designs and interpret supplier/manufacturer drawings.
