Responsibilities

  • Own design delivery coordination and integration across multiple engineering disciplines and subcontractor scopes to ensure successful execution from concept through construction administration.
  • Establish design governance frameworks, manage design reviews, coordinate deliverable schedules, and ensure fully integrated construction packages (IFP/IFC) are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Develop strategies for packaging and sequencing early-release design packages to accelerate construction and de-risk critical path activities.
  • Plan for and manage relationships with large augment engineering firms, including scope definition, deliverable standards, and performance metrics.
  • Build and implement smart, automated workflows using APIs and other modern software techniques to streamline engineering coordination, standardize recurring deliverables, and accelerate cross-functional execution.
