This is an opportunity for a confident sales professional who appreciates design, thrives in a commission environment, and wants to build a successful retail career with a premium Canadian brand. You’ll be joining our Vancouver team at 2536 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6H 3G4, in a full-time capacity.

Requirements

Proven success in a retail sales environment
A competitive, results-oriented mindset with the drive to succeed
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working in a commission-based environment
Appreciation for modern design, quality craftsmanship, and premium products
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and accountable
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey
Deliver a high level of customer service while driving sales performance
Help customers create thoughtful, functional spaces that reflect their lifestyle
Develop strong product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories
Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships
Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and high-performing store culture
