Requirements

Previous experience in interior design or other related fields
Proven sales experience, high end environment is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bi-lingual a plus
High school diploma required

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with design software platforms preferred but not required
college degree preferred

Responsibilities

Create and assist clients with design projects
Select components from our collections to create a unique and purposeful space for each client
Formulate solutions to satisfy client's needs
Prepare sketches using Floor Planner software for client presentation
Own and manage the sales order process from start to finish
Conduct client home visits to measure spaces, introduce options, and maximize project work
Assist with maintaining showroom aesthetics, including floor moves and cleanliness, to ensure an inspired client experience
Create and maintain positive and professional client, vendor, and coworker relationships both inside and outside the store
Maintain a professional appearance that is fitting of the environment in which we work
