Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home sales or outside sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to close sales and exceed goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, driven, and competitive mindset
- Customer-focused approach with professional presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to provide in-home consultations and customized solutions
- Recommend premium replacement window and door solutions tailored to customer needs
- Build trust with customers and deliver a best-in-class sales experience
- Utilize industry-leading tools, technology, product samples, and a proven sales process
- Manage the sales process from consultation to close with professionalism and integrity
- Represent a nationally recognized brand known for quality and customer satisfaction
