About The Position

Re-Bath is seeking a top-tier Design Consultant for their Columbus, OH location. This full-time, W-2 position offers a unique opportunity for experienced closers in high-ticket home improvement sales, specifically bathroom sales. Re-Bath provides pre-set and confirmed appointments, eliminating the need for cold calling or canvassing. The role involves conducting in-home design consultations, utilizing proprietary software to design dream bathrooms, and executing one-call closes on projects ranging from $11k to $35k+. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented high-achiever with a "closers" mindset, comfortable with technology, and possesses a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Requirements

2 years of In-Home Sales experience is a plus
Past success in bathroom remodeling or larger-ticket home improvements (windows, roofing, HVAC) is a significant advantage.
Goal-oriented high-achiever with a "closers" mindset.
Comfortable using tablets and CRM tools for presentations and contracts.
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check/drug screening.
